At Station 250, cats and dogs are part of everyday apartment living, with an easy setup that keeps pet care close to home. After a rainy walk or a run at one of Lake County’s off-leash dog areas, the indoor dog-wash station helps make cleanup simple—no bathtub wrestling required.


Inside, spacious kitchens, in-home laundry, walk-in closets, and select patios or balconies support the practical side of sharing your space with a pet. Step out for fresh-air walks around Mundelein, then come back to modern community spaces designed for convenience from door to package room. Our Pet Policy

  • Maximum of 2 Pets per Home
  • No Weight Limit
  • One-Time Non-Refundable Pet Fee - $350 Per Pet
  • Monthly Pet Rent - $35 Per Pet
  • Breed Restrictions*: The Following Dog Breeds (or Any Mix Thereof) are Not Permitted:​ Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Pit Bulls (American Staffordshire Terriers & Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, St. Bernards, Wolf Hybrids & Bull Mastiffs.

*All pets, regardless of breed or exemption status, are required to be registered through OurPetPolicy.
